A number of factors may cause subluxations….
CHEMICAL CAUSES: poor diet, nutritional deficiencies, chemical exposure, hormonal imbalances, allergies, viruses and bacteria etc.
PHYSICAL CAUSES: poor posture, trauma (falls, whiplash, bumps & bruises!), birth (including both normal & traumatic births), learning to crawl and walk, work/school environment, sport.
EMOTIONAL CAUSES: work/family stress, anxiety and depression, subconscious feelings about past events.
